Ghoulish Good Times with CAPA's Ghost Tours
Prepare to get SPOOKED at the 2019 Beaufort Ghost Tours!
Take a haunted tour through historic Downtown Beaufort beginning October 11th as ghostly spirits are expected to take over the streets and alleys while the Exchange Club hosts its 26th Annual Ghost Tours. In Beaufort’s spookiest event, costumed storytellers captivate tour participants with the ghostly happenings while traveling the moss-lined streets of downtown’s historic, and haunted, neighborhoods.
Tours will run in the evenings of October 11-12th, 18-2oth, 25-27th and 30th. Make your reservation to take a carriage ride aboard one of Southurn Rose’s horse-drawn buggies or join a walking tour through the eerie night while listening to haunting tales of the area by calling 843-52-GHOST (843.524.4678) or clicking on the links below!
Some of Beaufort’s oldest residents have shared stories from their childhood and the Exchange Club of Beaufort brings these stories to life every October. The oldest ghost in America is said to live in “the Castle,” a 19th century renovated estate located on the river in downtown Beaufort. Beware: ghostly visions have been known to appear on past tours.
