Beaufort Town Center to add another building, more shopping

Beaufort Town Center broke ground last week on a new building at 1411 Queen Street overlooking the Beaufort Town Center park, expanding even further the availability of commercial space in the blossoming shopping and business center.

“With high visibility from Boundary Street, ample free parking, and a prominent location in Beaufort Town Center, this building is suited for any number of commercial enterprises”, said Courtney Worrell of 303 Associates, Town Center’s owner.

The new construction boasts 1,750 SF of ground floor space with a mezzanine, and will also add 51 new parking spaces.

The building was designed by well-known local architect Rob Montgomery, and is being built by Patterson Construction.

Look for a Fall 2013 opening.
