Festive night of fun at Alzheimer's Association Celebration of Wreaths

Dozens of local residents showed their creative flair by making holiday wreaths to benefit Alzheimer’s Family Services of Greater Beaufort’s 1st Annual Celebration of Wreaths which kicked off Friday night up on the rooftop at Old Bay Marketplace in downtown Beaufort.

Hundreds turned out to enjoy the evening which included a silent auction, as everyone was bidding on their favorite wreaths to take with them and display at their homes this Christmas season. Also, a scavenger hunt was held with items hidden inside the wreaths.

Nearly 70 handmade themed wreaths will be on display through Sunday.
