Carolina Wiggle Wear brings custom children's clothing to Bay Street
A ‘whimsical childrens clothing store’ has opened up in downtown Beaufort. Carolina Wiggle Wear has set up shop at 928 Bay Street in the spot that housed Cravings by the Bay for well-over 15 years, next to the popular Panini’s on the Waterfront.
Owner Jennifer Argetsinger, a lifelong Beaufortonian, started making clothes in her home after the birth of her first child, and is very proud to have opened a store, and a small family business, in the heart of her hometown.
Specializing in custom applique and embroidery, with on-site personalization they’re a bit more than your typical kids boutique clothing & accessory store.
The shop, in appearance, is a very cheery place to be, and you can’t help but smile when you see all of the unique patterns, colors, styles, and sample personalizations offered on everything from dresses to shirts, to duffel bags and blankets, and most everything in between. It certainly all fits right into Jen’s vision of what children’s clothing should be: “Fun, comfortable, a little whimsical and always…SPECIAL!”
If you have an infant, toddler, or youngster ‘knee-high to a grasshopper’, then you’ll want to check out Carolina Wiggle Wear, and see something new.
Stop in Monday thru Saturday 10am to 5pm, or visit their website at www.carolinawigglewear.com. (and of course, they’re on Facebook too!)
