Ghosts and ghouls take over Paris Avenue at Trunk or Treat

Ashley Hamm | Historic Downtown Port Royal was crawling with ghosts, ghouls, princesses, superheroes, and even a walking flu virus Sunday evening for the annual Trunk or Treat event on Paris Avenue.

Brought to the community by the fine folks at Port Royal United Methodist Church, Port Royal Police and Fire Rescue, Beaufort YMCA, Port Royal Elementary School, and St. Mark’s Episcopal Church — it provides a safe environment for kids to trick-or-treat and for the community to get together for some good fun.

Many decorated their cars and parked along Paris Avenue hosting games and handing out candy.

A fun time for all, and a great way to kick off Halloween week.

Enjoy a few photos of the event.
