Local Girl Scouts are painting Port Royal with kindness

Girl Scout Troop 4100 is bringing smiles to Port Royal, South Carolina!

Girl Scout Troop 4100 is a troop of 12 Daisies (Kindergarten and First Graders). The girls chose to take action in their community by “Painting Port Royal with Kindness”.

They created a Kindness Rocks Garden at the new Corner Perk coffee shop (Pluff Mudd) with permission from the owners. Community members are encouraged to take a rock, leave a rock, or give a rock to someone who needs a smile. The troop will monitor the rock garden and add rocks as needed.

We are sure this thoughtful community project will be bringing lots of smiles to Port Royal!
