SCDOT Announces Bridge Project Traffic Delays on US 21 Over Harbor River

According to a recent announcement from the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) and in conjunction with the United Infrastructure Group (UIG), traffic delays will occur on US 21 over the Harbor River Bridge from Butches Road to Harbor Drive [map], Tuesday, March 26 and Wednesday, March 27. The lane closures will occur from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and are necessary for construction trucks moving in and out of the project site.

The scheduled time is approximate and dependent on the weather. Motorists traveling near the construction zones are asked to be aware of equipment and crews, new and changing traffic patterns, and to comply with traffic control signs, reductions in speed limits, and message board information.
